I approached Marco few weeks ago to help me organising a surprise birthday dinner for my boyfriend. I can not highlight enough with words how wonderful, capable and friendly he has been.Initially we started to discuss together the menu and it was quite obvious from the very beginning that he knew exactly what he was doing.He suggested me few dishes I would have never thought about and they revealed to be incredible choices. He has always been reachable, professional, very knowledgeable and kind. The food he served us was just sensational. We went for three different starters, a pasta dish and a chocolate birthday cake. Oh my God .. Still tasting the delicious citrus mayo in my mouth he made to go with the prawns carpaccio! I don’t think I have ever had a better idea in my life than put myself into his hands! Literally cannot wait to have another excuse to get him to come back and cook for us!
